Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• The primary focus of the analyst is to learn various services within Transparency Services and support in delivering these services
• Focus on developing functional understanding in Ethics, Risk and Compliance (ERC)
• Works on implementing solutions or projects with utmost accuracy and within timelines
• Working with the team of other analysts and managers, to support business users on their project deliverables
• Support implementation & develop understanding/exposure to support various data analytics projects using available tools & technologies
• Support implementing service quality and process improvement projects in the organization
• Focus on timely completion of all relevant and assigned trainings
• Work in a team environment ensuring collaboration and mutual respect
• Focus on innovation and bringing a fresh perspective to the traditional processes
• Coordinate support activities with other Services and Operations teams internally & externally.
• Ensure accountability & ownership of the assigned tasks

1-3 years experience working in a global environment, in an equivalent position is desirable.

Good understanding of operations and business culture of multinational companies, exposure and experience in working

Bachelors degree required at a minimum, Masters degree preferred in business administration, Finance, CIPS or similar qualification desirable

Good understanding of operations and business culture of multinational companies, exposure and experience in working in a cross-cultural and with international/multiple geographies.

Experience with data analytics and reporting

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity with a flexible approach & effective and high on ownership

Should have attention to detail and focus on accuracy in reporting

Desirable to have understanding of Pharma business including its regulatory environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively with different divisions and senior stakeholders

English

Preferable other European Languages
