Roles and Responsibilities
- Review business performance based on industry and competition and provide inputs to GFC
- Coordinate with business on behalf of Group finance-
- Collate all information and reports and send to Group Financial Controller (GFC) on time
- Macro level and micro level understanding of the nuances of the businesses
- Analysis, pre-expansion studies, competition analysis, etc.
- Analysing competition moves and understanding their impact
- Study and suggesting emerging and new models and trends in business expansion
- Through use of technology present and emerging
- Research and compile information on industry trends, track industry growth, conduct competitor analysis and any other business related research project.
- To keep track on all entity related business update
- Business Analysis course setting and execution of corrections
- Analysis of business performance vs. Yearly budgets
- Identification of strong and weak areas of execution
- Alignment with the long term and strategic objectives of the Group
- Independently manage special initiatives and critical projects that are assigned from time to time
- To prepare a comprehensive report on performances of business unit on periodic basis
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have completed MBA Finance, preferably from reputed B-School
- Fresher or Max 2 years of experience
- Knowledge on Oil & Gas Engineering or/and Healthcare service industry will be an added advantage
