• Knowledge of project management concepts.
• SCRUM Master Certified.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Facilitating Agile Release Train processes and execution. As part of the role you will manage Escalations on impediments, help manage risk, helps ensure value delivery, and drives continuous improvement.
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile Central, Clarity and JIRA.
Understanding of telecom domain is preferable though not mandatory
Should have worked as part of an agile development team (Lean / Pair / Agile programming)
Prior experience of directly interfacing with customer is preferable, though not mandatory
Should show high degree of ethics and be cautious with respect to various security stipulations
Should be well organized at work and proactively highlight issues/risks to the manager/lead
