We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HRD (MIS), Who have exp in 4-6years in MIS with good communications skills.
Experience: 4-6 years (HR-MIS)
Gender: Male Only
Age: Below 35
Roles:
- Must have good exposure in HR flow. (Knowledge on how HR flow works – Try to get profiles from Same Industry or profiles from HR Background)
- Preparing Reports and Dashboards for the management and manager review.
- Expert in advance Excel.
- Good in formulas like Lookups (VLOOKUP, Hlookup, Match, Index), Logical (If, Ifs, Not, And), Date and Time formulas.
- Strong in Charts, Pivot and Conditional Formatting.
- Good in Data tab Data Validation, Consolidate, Text to Columns and Connections.
- Mail Merge in word Documentation, Presentations and Google Docs, Sheets, Forms and Slides.
- Knowledge in Data automation will be considered added advantage
