Roles and Responsibilities
- Create , administer and Manage Secondary compensation Plans for Banca Alliances, Broker and Key Alliances Channel- Retail & Credit Protect business (STAR/ PM, Incentives, Contest)
- Engage with Channel SPOC, Channel Management and Regional Leadership to increase visibility and effectiveness of Secondary Compensation plan with timely updates and result
- Understand and Create updates for secondary Compensations plans
- Maintain Product credit masters to effectively translate the Organisational Product Strategy
- Maker Checker process to maintain accuracy of Product Credits and Compensation plans
- Creation and alignment of Targets and KPIs according to the mapping or channel structure
- Timelines to be strictly maintained for Updates, Tentative Results and Final results
- Payout activities & Clawback process as per given timelines
- Exception management with required approval matrix
- Automation of manual activities to avoid discrepancies and decrease TAT
- Updation of compensation updates and results on designated portals viz Partner Portal, Performance Insights, SAP ESS, WAR dashboard
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient in MS Excel,
- Indepth knowledge on Business Channel KPIs and their interdependencies
- Excellent communication skills. Task Master and Time Management skill.
- Graduate
- English Language proficiency is essential Corporate /HO Role
