Work Experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Fixed line and IOT Product Experience
- Minimum 1 year of UI/UX experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Diligent and meticulous
Competencies /Expertise Required (Functional & Behavioral)
- Understand requirements and standards in reference to scheduled deliverables
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentational skills
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Excellent in SharePoint
- SIP trunk, Centrex, lease lines, ILL, MPLS circuits product experience is a plus
- DevOps domain knowledge is a plus.
Selenium or TestNG knowledge is a plus
