Roles and Responsibilities
About the Job role:
Analyze data entered on the system in order to find any savings or nonconformity. Contact supplier by email or phone regarding misapplied surcharges and email site related queries to the customer.
Contact Supplier by Email or phone regarding Missing Utility data in the system and investigate and Analyze the Utility Data
Maintain a Customer Database of the Utility Invoice Anomalies
Be the customer and Customer Manager point of contact based in the Operational Center.
What you will do:
Analyze reports generated by the system and evaluate the graphics in CRM Application
Identify potential savings or avoidable costs
Follow up with customer/supplier until a billing/Data anomaly query is resolved
Identify Energy Management opportunities and liaise with the Customer Managers
Respond to Customer Managers and client queries regarding (potential) savings
Contact Utility Company by phone or email and liaise on Balance Brought Forwards and late fees
Ensure Customer Utility data is up to date and co-ordinate with Utility Company to acquire missing Utility Invoices
Close loop the analysis and findings with Client or Client Relationship Manager
Ensure Customer database is maintained and up to date
Creation of Login Credentials on Supplier portal
Maintain a record of the tasks performed
Log savings on CRM Application
Pass on savings details to MER Report Team
Assist input/verification team whenever required
Who you are:
You are smart and passionate graduate holding strong experience in MS Office/Excel/Outlook and analytical skills.

Conversant with Excel and MS Office tool at MIS level
Advance level knowledge about Excel – Power Point
Logical and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in night shift
