Role Overview:
The business intelligence analysis team supports both internal customers/ users and external customers in ensuring they can maximize their hunger for data and information.
This small team works to ensure that internal leaders/ stakeholders have access to information that helps them make better decisions. Likewise Customers utilize the Safeguard Global Analytics tools to understand their international labor spend data to make better decisions.
Due to the growth of this team were looking to bring onboard a Junior BI Analyst to support the existing function. Those with a passion for data and helping people make more informed decisions and a hunger to learn more about BI techniques and technologies should apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the existing BI team with applicable projects and internal / external requests
- Perform daily/ weekly activities as requested such as reviewing application performance, joiner/ leaver requests and data refreshes as required
- Analyse and understand requests for data sets; create, test and deliver these data sets to consumers as required
- Answer front line queries from internal or external stakeholders and support their query through complete resolution
- Provide a high standard of customer care
Skills and Experience:
- A passion for Data, data analysis and visualization techniques
- A solid understanding of Payroll, HR and employment practices
- An interest in, or ideally experience working with, other BI or Data Visualisation platforms (e.g. Domo, Tableau, Power BI Etc.)
- An analytical mind
