Job Location: Ahmedabad( Parimal Garden, Ambawadi )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create overall MIS framework to integrate and maintain people related data across functions, locations & companies
- Ensure compiling and entering all data points online
- Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual reports
- Manage data related to manpower budgeting, organizational structure, manpower lifecycle (hiring-to-relieving), infrastructure & resource allocation etc
- Integrate with HR & functional teams for data gathering
- Be a focal point for any people data need from Finance, Legal etc functions for internal or external requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient with MS. Excel, MS. Presentation and Data management.
- 2 3 years experience in HR analytics and Data Management.
- Data analytical skill.
