Job Description:

• 2 to 5 years of experience
• Owns the research and data analysis for moderately complex projects and Business requirements. This means understanding the Business needs first and then owning the Data Analysts part of it.
• Describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures. Develop reports to make data more meaningful to business initiatives, analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings.
• Develop data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Initiate and put together processes to collect data where missing
• MIS Report & sharing with internal stake holders
• Project delivery report

Educational Qualifications:

• UG/PG graduates or diploma candidates with HR analyst ,Marketing Analytics.
• MBA (Marketing ) candidate is Preferable
• Internship solving business issues by using Analytics tools
