Job Description
Designation Senior Analyst
Shifts US
Location Noida
Education – Graduate
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the vendor master data mailbox requests and working within agreed SLAs.
- Work with designated ERP system, internal customers, vendors on understanding daily problems and updating master data changes.
- Execute master data maintenance covering create, amend, and extend for Vendors.
- Create training materials and documentation and execute training using the appropriate tools, where appropriate.
- Identify gaps in policies issues to Manager, Finance approver.
- To ensure suitable audit trails / change control is in place to ensure data integrity and control.
- Will need to work on Master Data Management Tools & Applications: SAP, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills
- Min 2-3 years of experience in MDM with a bachelor’s degree in any relatable field.
- Knowledge in SAP data & reports extraction is preferred
- Should have experience Vendor Master data.
- Experience in Excel & macros is added advantage
Exp Required: 2 to 4 Yrs.
