Job Location: Vapi
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain all activities related to department MIS.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system.
- Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically as and when required.
- Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Bi – Monthly reports .
- Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
Specific Role:
To co-ordinate with all concern departments related to MIS data.
Review all the data before finalize.
- To ensure taking necessary follow up with all stake holders related to MIS data inputs.
- Adhere Time Lines as per management requirements.
- To ensure new supplier development
Desired Candidate Profile:
- At least Minimum 5-7 years of Relevant Experience, Candidates belong to Textile / Apparel / Garment Manufacturing will be preferred more.
Academic Qualifications:
- Any UG /PG / Diploma / Graduate with strong presentation and demonstrated skills.
- Strong Presentation skills
- SAP knowledge.
- A process oriented thinking.
- Sound knowledge of Business Market.
- A key Team Player.
