The Provider Relations Analyst will be responsible for providing the highest level of support in the management of Walt Disney World Workers’ Compensation and Disney Cruise Line Crew Claims medical provider network and the management of numerous critical vendor programs supporting Risk Management Services at Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Resort, and Walt Disney World Resort

Responsibilities

Primary tasks include but are not limited to administration of provider’s credentialing program, fostering strong relationships with external vendors and varied internal stakeholders, participation and leading of key business initiatives, leading project teams, conceptualization and delivery of written communication for print and distribution to various audiences, advanced data analytics, and providing additional support to the team as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work within deadlines and balance multiple priorities

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with all levels of Cast Members, external medical providers, and external vendors.

• Adaptable to new processes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of ethical standards

• Excellent organizational skills

• Self starter and independent thinker with the ability to manage time wisely.

• Have a solutions based approach to problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the following systems: CARS, HMS, e-Docs, Business Objects, MS Excel, MS Access, MS SharePoint, MS Project, and Tableau

• Experience with credentialing of medical specialists

• Experience working in a medical office setting (administrative or clinical)

• Experience with medical billing

• Experience with assembling, summarizing, and presenting analytics.

• Familiarity with Florida Workers’ Compensation Law

• Familiarity with Maritime laws and regulations.

• Bilingual

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
