We are Actively hiring Tech Business Analyst (Product
Team)

The Tech Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for gathering tech requirements from
different departments/stakeholders in the company, assess value addition and discuss the
requirements with the Tech/Development team for developing solutions. The solutions will
involve in-house software development as well as third-party software integrations.
The key objectives of the BA role are:
- Enable the departments to provide better student learning experience through the
tech platforms
- Enable the departments to deliver better results through tech solutions and
reporting.
The BA will discuss the requirements with the business stakeholders and work with the
Tech/Development team to deliver solutions to meet those requirements. This role sits in
the Product Team.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering, elaboration and functional design
- Feature build-out responsibility with development team
- Rules and data set-up, functional testing
- Breaking down complex requirements into granular user stories
- Briefing design and development team on tech requirements
- Coordinating with stakeholders on Tech deliverables
- Business research and analysis
- Planning and monitoring
- Discovering and analysing third party technical solutions/platforms that meets
business requirements
Ideal Candidates will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical BA role
- Prior experience of developing edtech/education products (tech solutions)
- Understanding of student learning journey and its attributes
- Hands on experience in requirements documentation, flow charts, use cases, test
scenarios
- Working knowledge of Jira, Figma and similar tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau/PowerBI would be preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and drive for results
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
