Other Requirements:

• Experience of working in a people related role with project experience.
• Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial.
• Experience of working in a consulting organization or in professional services.
• Core working hours aligned to GMT and CET may require flexibility in working hours depending on your location.
• May need to work extra hours in case of special customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
• Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience
• Preferred experience includes working in:
• a professional services or large corporate environment
• Change management / Talent Operations type roles
• International and diverse environments
• Matrix organizations
• Project Management
