Job Location: Foster City, CA
3-5 Years of Experience, ideally working with data for most of that time
We are looking for someone to assist with dashboard creation, to help ensure synchronization of critical sales pipeline data across two systems, support tech tools implementation. The primary responsibility of the Associate will be understanding the key data elements being tracked across both systems, and with guidance from the manager, develop and implement a standardized process to download data from one system and manually upload into a second system. Once the process is determined to be stable, the Associate will be on point to regularly implement the data sync across the two systems. In addition, the person will need to flag records where a straightforward update is not possible due to discrepancies in record identifiers, and work with the manager to follow-up with data owners to correct data as needed before uploading.
An ideal candidate would go beyond the core requirements and be able to not only execute on process efficiently and with great attention to detail and follow-through, but also be able to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred
3-7 years related experience required
