Job Role :

• Responsible for driving the Business program through the sales team
• Central point of contact at HO for Business & other kotak group companies
• Central point of contact for important large corporate business relationships
• Drive Sales productivity matrixes across levels across the sales team
• Enhance the Business loan/ working capital proposition where/whenever required along with the product team
• Plan and implement R&R programs for the channel
• MIS & Control on budgets & spends of the channel
