• Liaise between business and technical personnel (development team) to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
• Perform Gap Analysis. Process mapping AS IS, TO BE
• Analyzes, defines, and documents system requirements
• Convert BRD (business requirement document) to FRD (Functional requirement document) for developers.
• Create Use Cases to identify, clarify and organize the system requirements
• Coordinate with development team and elaborate the requirements – current available functionalities Vs enhancement requested by the users
• Participation in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) along with stakeholders
• Converting functional specifications to test cases
• Involve in BA testing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or an
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Business Administration
• CBAP (Preferred)
• Able to work well in projects with tight timeline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience
• Project and product management
• Business analysis
• Engineering and software architecture design
• Knowledge on ERP
• Availability to work with other teams located in different time zones.
• Knowledge on SQL & Data visualization tools
• Collaboration with cross functional team like BaaN, Automation, Supply chain etc.,
• Knowledge on ERP
• Experience in wireframe tools – Balasmiq, Figma
• Exposure to Agile & Waterfall methodology.
