Job Summary:
The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
– Identifying and working with the HR leadership and extended team on reports and dashboard
– Work on metrics-based requirement by consolidating information from various sources, summarize results and prepare presentations.
– Work on variety of reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to talent acquisition, attrition, movements, headcount, mobility, etc.
– Work on employee surveys and related data analysis and insights
– Work on documenting, simplifying and automating the current HR processes.
– Audit Support
– Controls performance
– Access control for the TA team
– MIS Reporting and Monthly decks including D&I
– Finance and Budgeting
– Invoice clearing
Desired Skills –
3 + years of relevant experience in HR Analytics domain. Proficient MS Office, Macros, Tableau,
SQL with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting Effective verbal and written
communication.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring
practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks
for key performance metrics.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
- May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation
processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR
policies. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar
employee management software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business dministration, Industrial Psychology, or
