We are hiring for BA and Senior BA Role with 4 to 8 years relevant experience & preferably immediate joiner.
Shift: 6.00AM to 12AM (Rotational shifts – No night shifts)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Design and execute UAT testing for main systems deployments as well as ongoing enhancements and bug fixes
- Execute Users system configuration
- Develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our systems development
- Help design, document and maintain Users operating procedures
- Provide systems training and support
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
Desired Candidate Profile
- Workflow configuration analyst
- Definitions and testing analyst.
- MI analyst (manual production as interim whilst also working to produce MI working alongside the PowerBI team)
- Data Tool API analyst
- Previous experience as Business Analyst
- Previous experience in Systems configuration (GoldTier KYC/AML workflow and risk engine system; WC1 Screening system ideal, other similar systems a plus)
- Systems data profiling and mapping
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements, designing test packs and executing testing
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- MI Dashboards design and testing (digital self-service MI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- KYC / AML knowledge
