• Identify, track, measure and report metrics that impact client retention and drivers of retention
• Work with automation team to efficiently scale reporting
• Partner within service ops and service delivery teams to develop analytical insights for point-in-time problems
• Identify retention opportunities through analytical approaches and arrive at recommended actions for service teams
• Responsible for identifying trends / insights from data and leveraging the right analytical tools and techniques to do so
• Influence senior internal stakeholders of BUs on prioritizing the right problems and to jointly implement initiatives
• Integrate large volumes of data and connect discrete data points to enable retention analytics
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of data across multiple systems
• Identify trends in markers for client retention and enable automation opportunities as required
• Own process and systems improvement in different stages of data pipeline (account booking, territory assignment, AL, dashboards etc.)

Essential must-have skills:

• Under graduation in quantitative field: engineering / maths preferable
• Demonstrated track record of 3 – 5 years in business analytics
• Strong reporting dashboarding experience using visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI etc.
• Experience with advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using python and Excel
• Intermediate SQL knowledge to fetch relevant data from warehouse
• Intermediate PowerBI knowledge to leverage it as a tool to manipulate large size datasets
• Intermediate Powerpoint skills including ability to summarize key message and leverage right charts in think-cell
