About the role
The role is related to end-to end design and execution of Flipkart s pharma supply chain to deliver customer delight and enable scalable operations.
About the team
It is a fast paced start-up-like team where there are ample opportunities both to get hands on as well as look at things from strategic angle.
What you ll do:
- Warehouse setup – Design, Layout sign off, BoQ management & delivery, Installation, dry-run & Go-Live of new Fulfilment Centre.
- Network & Logistics Management – Identifying best serviceable vendor for each pincode, MoM service revision.
- New process pilot, troubleshoot & deployment.
- Create SOPs for operations to adopt to processes and work with operations to create MIS views.
What you ll need:
- Should be able to understand Standard operating procedure & train the trainers.
- Strong Program Management and comfortable working against fast timelines
- Knowledge of industrial engineering. Time Motion Study and lean concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel – pivot tables, vlookups etc. is a must.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Warehousing with hands on in ERP/Application testing will be an advantage
- Experience in Network Design and understanding local nuances of various geographies will be an advantage
- Knowledge of creating layout in Autocad will be an added advantage
- Flexible to travel PAN India based on business requirements.
