OUR TECH ASSESSMENT is PRACTICAL:
- Through knowledge of Java/SQL, Python, Web 3 coding skills, very hands on [not course only completed mode]
- Candidates will be given a real project codebase to study and understand in few hours [2 to 4 hours]
- Candidates will then have a Face2Face TECH Q&A on the codebase given with our Seniors
- Successful candidates [regardless of college degree, marks, background] will be made an offer
We also give a second chance to Partially successful candidates. We give them a complete homework assignment in Java, which based on their willingness can be completed by them and they could re-appear for the TECH Q&A F2F for selection.
We keep an open door for freshers who have really good coding skills in Java, Python, Web3.
We could see candidates who have done real hands on work [not just course completions] are able to perform better.
