- Role Objective
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual to extract and analyze diverse datasets from internal systems and field SCM operations spanning Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Fulfillment, etc.
Role Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze diverse datasets from internal systems and field SCM operations spanning Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Fulfilment, etc., and present them in the form of reports and insights.
- Design and measure SCM KPIs and keep iterating on these to improve them.
- Create informative reports/dashboards for communicating actionable information to the ground teams and presentation of high-level insights/MIS to the management.
- Constantly strive to improve SCM processes and metrics from data; Support cross-functional stakeholders in understanding and improving these metrics.
Work Experience
- 3+ years experience as Data Analyst
- Experience in data-wrangling of complex datasets from several sources and converting it into actionable high-level insights/reports
Knowledge/Skills
- Experience in extracting data from databases, SQL knowledge preferred. Experience in using R/Python to wrangle, analyze, and create dashboards will be preferred.
- Advanced user of Excel and Google sheets to analyze and present simple datasets.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with significant data analysis of course of work experience.
