Roles and Responsibilities
Position exists to manage the entire gamut of Accounts & MIS function of the state with a pronounced focus on cost reduction and cost control; generation and dissemination of effective MIS.
- Controlling and managing the financial operations of Business P&L of the state
- Budgeting , MIS & Budgetary Control. To coordinate monthly Business review process ,
- NOWC & Inventory Control – Inventory Accounting, Usage Regulation,
- Purchase and contract controlling, participating in purchase admin negotiation along with purchase Admin team ,
- Accounting & Commercial control of the state OMS in line with the guidelines received from the group controller.
- Recovery, Legal, Contracts Approval, management for the business
- Statutory Compliance, Governance, Taxation of the states
- States review presentation and preparation, close all the open points of the meeting
- Drive the cost down, Opex management
- Regular visit to sites
- Necessary support for the Job work v/s make decision through proper business case preparation.
- Follow all the guidelines, processes and systems provided by the GOMS controller
- To face the management audit and to close of all the open points of the management auditor
