Role Description
The business analyst is responsible for designing the pan India network load flow, schedule design on 500+ routes and capacity design for the most critical function for a logistics service provider.
You will own the logistics network design to achieve a fine balance between cost and service across an expansive pan-India supply chain.
What will you do?
- Load Planning: Review load trends and make capacity plans for the forward periods
- Customer Service Optimization: Review service trends to update capacity plans, load flow and schedule plans accordingly
- Cost Reduction: Improve capacity utilization through optimal load planning.
- Dashboards: Build analytical dashboards to enable decision making using standard tools such as Tableau, Excel, power BI
- Reporting and Analytics: Build and automate customized reports for stakeholders as required.
