The Job
- Developing checklists for recurring problems
- To update and document external client issues
- To maintain error logs in coordination with IT department, and to maintain resolution reports
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer
Ideal Candidate
- Must have a Linkedin profile.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager or Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You possess strong knowledge of AngularJS.
- You are familiar with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
