L 3 Sr Support Officer: Helpdesk Requirement- Investment Domain

Execute and manage day-to-day operations via email from clients on a 24 X7 model of work

Perform L1 and L2 Production Support and Maintenance activities for various back-office Trading and Settlement application like Gloss, CRD, Perform, Bondage, Bloomberg, Facset, Fiserv/Tegra, DTCC, MarkitEDM, Advent APX

Has full hands-on Knowledge of SQL, UNIX etc

Strong customer service orientation

Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks with little to no forewarning

Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively
