Sr. Analyst, Configuration

• US Healthcare product implementation experience is a must
• Experience of Agile methodology is preferred
• Independently analyze and problem solve with minimal directions from the leader
• Ability to act as a first line of defense for the Configuration requirements
• Experience with – Technical requirements document, process flow diagrams, and deployment and user operations guides
• Experience on working configuration assignments related to Design, Claims Testing and data validations
• Good Understanding of US healthcare systems related to Payer
• Creation and delivery of the design document of the defined business objectives within the cross functional teams
• Identify trends and potential critical issues that impact across line of business
• Analyze, triage, bucket and score tickets through a series of fields within JIRA
• Lead and participate in Configuration Deep Dive sessions to clarify requirements, etc. with the Client Managers and Market Ops
• Provide input to standing up an automated prioritization process
• Performs system and business process analysis and mapping leveraging enterprise toolsets (e.g., Jira ticket system, Visium)
• Provide post- implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance.
• Ability to conduct peer reviews on design documents as required
• Collaborate with business and technical teammates to review and verify new or existing client requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
• Create and delivery of the design document of the defined business objectives within the cross functional teams
• Identify trends and potential critical issues that impact across line of business
