Roles and Responsibilities
1. Should have hands-on on CAP Plan, Forecasting, Scheduling, rosters and MIS Reporting (Advanced Excel).
2. Knowledge on tools like Power BI, PLSQL, etc will be an add-on.
3. Tools Knowledge : Blue Pumpkin, F&S, IEX or Erlang Calculator.
4. All candidates should be from Call Center background to understand CC terminologies like
AHT, ACW, ring time, service level, etc.
