Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

• Expertise in digital design (RTL is plus) and good knowledge of the digital custom circuits (Flops/DCC/Latches)
• CMOS fundamentals for understanding Digital/High Speed design
• Knowledge of circuit design concepts like pipelining, digital design, STA, fan-out and load estimation, FIFO design etc
• Good Analytical skills (problem solving skills)
• Soft skills : Self Driven, Proactive, Good verbal communication skills
• IO interface knowledge is Plus
• Understand industry standard tools for verification (spice/finesim etc)
• Ability to debug issues

• Design and understand High speed data path circuits

• Implement High speed design to meet timing in Memory Die

• Spice simulations (finesim/hspice) to close the timing

• Ramp up on Interface System Timing and specifications
