Experience in developing ETL solutions for Data Marts, Data warehousing and Operational Data Store (ODS) on any of the databases or Hadoop environments.

At least 3 years of working experience on Informatica/Streamsets platform tools.

At least 2 years of experience on Snowflake and AWS related technologies.

Experience working in an Agile Environment.

Good to have other ETL tools knowledge Ab-Initio /Talend / Datastage / Pentaho

Strong Experience with various database development, SQL, and PL/SQL, etc.

Proficiency in Linux and shell scripts, job scheduling

Products development experience is a big plus especially with focus on Data Warehousing benchmarking efforts

Good organizational, planning and project management skills- exhibiting attention to detail accountability and follow through

Should have lead a medium to large sized team and independently handled complex projects

Bring in design thinking to conceptualize original ideas and transform them in.

Responsible for identifying the performance bottlenecks and providing the solution for implementing the same.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with product/business owners on development of new or enhancement of existing data warehousing and data integration solutions using Informatica/Streamset ETL tools

Provide technical thought leadership to produce best in class data warehousing and data integration solutions for business needs

Manage and guide project teams to enable development and enhancement of ETL processes

Designing and developing (enhancements and maintenance) new ETL and Business Intelligence Solutions using Informatica/Streamsets with Snowflake, AWS Cloud service, S3 and SAS

Participate and deliver on new cloud data warehouse projects

Design and develop data pipeline frameworks on data collection, processing and storage across data stores

Troubleshoots coding / configuration / installation issues of basic to medium complexity; works with software vendors as needed

Ability to design build and deploy end-to-end ETL processes

Work with various stakeholders to document processes, methodologies and intellectual capital to ensure continuity in event of a change in product owners

Should propagate data warehousing, ETL and Business Intelligence best practices to enhance the delivery model and optimise the functionality of the end product being delivered

Assist with developing, on boarding, and training new team members

Support adhoc requests and delegate based on team members bandwidth””
