What You ll Do

• Performing market trend study on US Real Estate and generating insights out of it.

• Conducting market surveys and building clients facing periodic reports for those markets.

• Preparing market reports on the changing market trends by extensive data analysis for our Sales Team

• Market Research data management.

What You ll Bring

• Bachelor s Degree (B.Tech/B.Sc-Statistics)

• Certification in Data Analytics courses

• Exposure / Knowledge of Data Mining

• Proficiency or Knowledge of Advance Excel, Power BI Python/Tableau/SQL(preferred)

• Excellent Report Writing and Presentation skills

• Real Estate background/Inclined to build a career in RE, if fresher (preferred)

• Strong critical thinking analytical skills with Research experience experience is preferred

• Strong customer-facing verbal and written communication skills

• Must be available to work any assigned shift (evenings and weekends included)
