Needs Assessment & Requirements Gathering

Demonstrate in depth knowledge of P&C insurance and Employee Benefits processes and information.

Work closely with ReSource Pro’s clients to determine and understand their business problems. needs and requirements. Coordinate directly with clients to gather needed information.

Translate client’s business problems, needs and requirements to Integrated Solutions technical team members.

Data Mapping

Map and trace data from multiple systems utilizing data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.

Write SQL queries to extract data from various structured and unstructured data sources.

Cleanse and organize client information to create and deliver analytics that meet the client’s needs.

Data Analysis

Analyze and mine business data to identify correlations and discover valuable patterns from disparate data points.

Translate client data into actionable insights.

Deliver custom analytics and solutions to ReSource Pro clients in congruence with ReSource Pro’s quality standards, using P&C insurance and Employee Benefits and technical knowledge to ensure client understanding.

Monitor analytics effectiveness and ensure solutions meet client needs.

• Knowledge of P&C insurance and Employee Benefits industry required
• Knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis required
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical needs and visa versa
• A high level of mathematical ability and proficiency in programming languages, such as SQL, Python, and R
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
