Basic roles Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between the client data/technical team to ensure smooth product implementation

• Interview business users to elicit and gather data business requirements

• Think through all the various scenarios / needs identified and highlight unaddressed scenarios or needs

• Challenge the current business process where it is suboptimal and propose enhanced process

• Document business requirements and translate business terms into functional specifications, and technical requirements for the understanding of the data/ technical team

• Document testing scenarios and capture test cases to be used during user acceptance testing

• Follow the requirement review process with business users and get sign-off on business requirements and functional specifications

• Coordinate with data/ technical teams to ensure proper data is mapped and integrated

• Conduct analysis of data, create rules for derived data sets and aggregates as needed

• Configure business rules and workflows to meet the business requirements and functional specifications

• Coordinate between the business users, development, and support team on development, testing and release

• Develop report and presentation for change requests, development proposals, business cases and other control

Qualifications

• Education: BE/Btech or any other Graduation in relevant stream with MBA (Preferred)
• Experience: 6+ years of exp preferred
