Job Role Vision :
1. Candidate should be having 2+ years of overall work experience.
2. Responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business
3. Responsible for leading new client implementations, client contract changes, and internal or special projects.
4. Ability to understand the current product and client requirements
5. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
6. Must be able to lead multiple simultaneous projects or efforts with competing deadlines and challenges
7. Should be able to write clear & effective Business/ Functional Requirement Document
8. Strong Interpersonal Skills, should be able to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal contacts
9. Excellent Communication Skills
10.Experience in US Legal Technology support preferred
