URGENT Hiring of Test Analyst for Navi Mumbai (Onsite).
Job Summary:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline/ BCA/ MCA
- Certifications: Relevant Technology and Banking Domain Certifications like NCFM, ISTQB, or similar certifications are a plus
- Work Experience: 1-6 years
- Skills: JMeter, Load runner, SQL Skills, Test Metrics, KPIs, Selenium, and strong knowledge of the software testing process and test/defect management tools.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to Manager/Sr. Manager
- Proposed CTC: up to 14 LPA
Should have:
- Minimum 1 yr and maximum 4 yrs of experience in manual testing of software solutions, preferably web-based applications.
- Strong knowledge on the software testing process and test/defect management tools.
- Experience in Test planning, estimating, designing, executing and management of end to end testing events.
- Exposed to definition and measurement of Test metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Experience in Backend Data validation and SQL skills.
- Exposure to test automation using Selenium web driver and prior experience in developing automated regression test pack will be preferred.
- Exposure to Performance testing tools such as JMeter/Load Runner will be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and articulation skills both spoken and written
Industry: Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for testing deliverables like Test Estimates, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test scripts on assigned projects.
- Coordination with Release Manager, Business Analysts and Delivery team to establish project priorities and estimates.
- Execution of testing activities for modules assigned to him/her as per the execution plan.
- Test Execution monitoring and reporting of daily progress for assigned projects.
- Design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of the automation test pack, as applicable.
- Strong interpersonal and articulation skills both spoken and written
Certifications: Certificate from relevant Technology and Banking Domain Certifications like NCFM, ISTQB or similar certifications will be useful.
