Roles and Responsibilities
AM Data Scientist (BIFA)
Role: AM – Data Scientist
Reporting to: AVP – Data Scientist
Function: Technology – BIFA
Work Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities :
Able to write optimize python script for building data pipelines for analytical purposes i.e. Data extractions, Data collations &Transformations and building dataset for reporting and analytical purposes.
Able to write very complex T- SQL queries to extract information from heterogenous systems and collate it to generate meaningful information and intelligence.
Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system (ELT/ETL)
Exposure/Understanding to Data Visualizations tools (tableau & PowerBI) and different Analytical systems and process would be added advantage.
Identify and suggest various opportunities to improve efficiency and functionality of analytical systems and process.
Work closely with Data Scientist and implement/Deploy Statistical and Machine Learning models into production system.
Knowledge of an advance AI/ML platform like TensorFlow , Keras or Pytorch will be a plus.
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, scalable and performant applications
Key Attributes and Skills
B. Tech/ B.E. / MCA / MBA-IT Knowledge in software development with 3 years of experience in Python or Java.
Must have Knowledge in Python and knowledge of Java will be an advantage.
Must have knowledge on T-SQL(Transaction SQL)
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python/Java
Strong understanding of programming concept, data structure and algorithms
Knowledge of web services, micro services, API
Knowledge with databases, SQL/NoSQL
Knowledge with statistics/machine learning packages such as scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, Tensor flow etc.
Strong knowledge in Python, with knowledge of web framework such as Django, Flask, Spring /Strut etc. depending technology stack.
