Roles and Responsibilities
ESG data collection experience (1 to 3 years) : 3.5 Lakhs CTC
- Analyse the Annual Reports, CSR Report, Sustainability report, Proxy Statement and website of a company to fetch information with regard to Environment, Social and Governance related data of listed companies across the globe
- Understand and analyse company Policies, Processes and Commitments towards the environment, social & governance and collect the data accordingly
- Training new analyst about ESG concept and assist in production & quality control of deliverables
- Preparation of documentation and filing of research material on ESG data collection process based on the requirements
BPO/KPO experience: ( 2 to 4 years) : 2.80 to 3.20 Lakhs CTC
- Any KPO/BPO candidates with the track record of any process initiatives
- Capability of understanding new process quickly about ESG data collection and leading the team
