Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description

Technical Skills:

• Strong on MS SQL Development.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills on SQL Server Stored Procedures an SQL tuning.
• Expert level experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Expert level experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) in a large-scale data warehouse environment.
• Create new ETL processes and optimize existing ones.
• Create smart, innovative, and effective visualization methods, and promote engagement and implementation.
• Strong knowledge on CDC and Replication.
• Strong T-SQL scripting skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills on SQL Server Stored Procedures and SSIS packages
• Good Knowledge of metadata management and data modeling
• Effectively communicate and present project status.
• Experience with the full conversion lifecycle, including development of source/target mappings, business rules, transformation logic, error handling and control total reports.
• Ensure all code changes are managed through the team’s code management system and that it is linked to a specified deliverable or bug.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to manage your time efficiently and work with little supervision.

Nice to Have:

• Tableau, Azure Services.
• Understand and follow the agile principles and behaviors.

Process Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to analyze a company’s big-picture data needs
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problem
• Ability to handle multiple sub project teams, tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
• High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture

Behavioral Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills; ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders globally and in a virtual environment
• Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance
