Your responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of your clients/prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles.

Provide technical & architecture for various technology areas for larger flagship delivery programs – in the Analytics & Information Management spectrum.

Engage with high growth customers in Data & Digital areas to play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership for technology & Business transformation recommendations in various technology areas.

Solve complex data problems in the areas of MDM, Data Quality, Integration & Migration

Prepare PoV on new tools or new version of existing tools and write whitepaper on upcoming trends.

Advising customers on data management maturity model, or subsets of it (ex. Data Quality Maturity, data on cloud and povs on various services)

Become a trusted advisor to CDO / CIO / VP of IT and help them prepare roadmap to improve data management landscape

Working on consulting proposal and presales activities

Key competences

Ideal candidate will have an overall 10 – 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Delivery, Solution architecture/ Technical Consulting in the area of Analytics, Cloud and Big Data Technologies.

Good understanding of global delivery model and experience of working with teams based remotely

Strong understanding of data to insight value chain (IOT, Data Integration, Data Management, Big Data, BI, Reporting, Advance analytics, Cognitive & AI)

Hands on & expert in Azure eco system.

Experience in data migration to Azure/AWS is must

A good understanding of the digital ecosystem

Prior experience in MFG, oil & Gas industry will be desired

The ability to identify client challenges, and develop creative solutions in close collaboration with clients and Data & analytics practice at LTI.

The ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with Fortune 500 decision makers (typically SVP level)

A demonstrable track record of high performance

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
