Job responsibilities
Perform the extensive data Engineering, Data Integration & ETL Tools.

Google cloud platform, Architecture, Data warehouse, Proficiency in one programing language (PL/SQL, Python, Java, or other).

Create ETL pipeline using big query, create best performing tables with partitioning/clustering, Optimization techniques etc. enabled keeping best practices in mind

Write Complex SQL queries keeping execution cost & budget in mind

Load data into Big Query using files or by streaming one record at a time.

Create, load, and query partitioned tables for daily time-series data 5 Implement fine-grained access control using roles and authorized views.

Accountable for Managing GCP Big query budget.

Must Have

Technical Experience:

Exploring and Preparing data using Big Query.

In-depth understanding of big query architecture, table partitioning, clustering, best practices, type of tables, best practices etc.

Reduce Big Query costs by reducing the amount of data processed by your queries.

Speed up queries by using denormalized data structures, with or without nested repeated fields

Implementing ETL jobs using big query Understanding of Big query ML

Experience in designing and optimizing data models on GCP cloud using GCP data stores such as Big Query, Bigtable

Experience integrating GCP with third 3rd party applications Tibco Spotfire, TDV, Tableau with GCP data services for building secure data solutions.

Experience & Education

Bachelors/master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (BE/ME/MCA) with 2-5 years of relevant IT experience.
