As an Analytics Lead, you will work closely with stakeholders in the business teams across Roche s global affiliates and deliver high quality analytics solutions to real-world business problems. You will be required to conceptuaize complex unstructured problems and apply analytical skills to come up with innovative solutions.

As an Analytics Lead you will:

• Work closely with the business stakeholders to define the project objectives and scope
• Lead the team and stakeholder discussions, act as thought partner and provide them with high quality analytics solutions and recommendations
• Develop presentations to communicate key insights, recommendations to the stakeholders
• Understand the stakeholder needs, prioritize and manage the day to day tasks accordingly
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously depending on the requirements
• Motivate, mentor and coach the junior members on the team and help them grow
• Conduct training programs to develop subject matter expertise in the team
• Be involved in the decision making and make significant contributions across key initiatives to help grow the GATE team

Experience:

• Overall experience of 4-8 Years in the analytics / consulting space out of which 2-5 years of experience in delivering analytics projects in the Pharma /Biotech / Healthcare domain is a must
• Deep expertise in working with a variety of secondary data sets used in the healthcare industry
• Exposure to the therapeutic areas such as oncology, neurology, immunology, etc is a big plus
• Expert knowledge of SAS, SQL or other statistical and database software, including R and Python
• Working knowledge of BI tools such as QuickView, Tableau, Alteryx, etc
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from stakeholders
• Strong work ethic coupled with high motivation and a go-getter attitude
• High attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
