Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and aggregation of data, maintaining HR data quality, and analysis of data
- Prepare reports for data insights and present findings to Senior Leadership for taking a decision
- Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
- Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
- Analyse competitors practices and make recommendations to Management
- Measure retention, attrition, and internal mobility rates
- Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation, and benefits
- Assist hiring managers in designing hiring and training plans
- Design and manage employee surveys and exit interview analysis
- Forecast costs by department and create budgets for HR function
- Identify top reasons why employees choose to work with our company and recommend areas of improvement for our HR processes
Who are we looking for
- Seeking a data-driven HR expert
- At least 5 to 7 years of work experience as HR Analyst or similar role
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PPT, Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
- Good research abilities
- Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience in Tableau, Office 365, Microsoft Power BI is preferred with predictive analytics skills
