Responsible for:
– Developing and delivering vision, strategy and road map for Advanced analytics tools and systems for Technology data like incidents, changes, tickets, logs, metrics, traces and other application data.
– Developing Frameworks and guide data science and data engineering elements of AI & data science projects
– Translating use cases to analytics agenda, including data, approach and validation strategy
– Developing guidelines for the evaluation of new analytical tools and platforms
– Developing best practices for data science, considering the full analytical life cycle
– Researching cutting-edge techniques, industry best practices, tools, and systems
– Interpreting results and drawing key business insights from advanced quantitative analyses
