Roles and Responsibilities
Data Architect (Band C2)
- Overall 15 + years of experience with experience of working as Data Architect in large Analytics program
• Create technical solutions and design utilizing DB’s like Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake ,PostGresql, SQL Server .
• Full life cycle experience in Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Master Data Management.
• Should have extensive experience in Data Modelling.
• Expert understanding of the ETL/ELT and architectural principles of data integration and data warehousing Works with on/off shore teams to insure ‘best practice’ standards and process.
• Create technical solutions and design for Data Warehouse.
• Excellent in providing Solutions for data driven applications involving large and complex data and providing reconciliation and test cases.
• Should have very good experience in stored procedures, macros, and functions Should be very strong in writing SQL, code reviews, and performance tuning techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Unix and understanding shell scripts
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills: SQL, Problem Solving, Performance tuning, Test case analysis Demonstrated competency in all phases of software development.
• Expert understanding of MPP and or large SMP environments.
