Position- Business Analyst
Experience- 3-4 yrs
Location- Kota, Rajasthan
Budget- Upto 15 LPA
Roles & Resposibility
1) Understanding the requirements of the business.
2) Translate conceptual user requirements into detailed functional requirements in a clean and
concise manner that are easily comprehensible to developers.
3) Develop expertise in both our business processes and technology solutions. You should
evolve into a Subject
4) Matter Expert in your area of accountability.
5) “Connect the dots” and demonstrate critical thinking. With minimal guidance, be able to
propose creative and insightful solutions.
6) Perform product management activities on assigned tasks (as needed) to ensure product
stay on track and to guide our software development team during the development process.
7) Continuously look to improve our Products by staying aware of emerging trends and
technologies.
8) User acceptance testing.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications,
or related field.
Skills Required
1) Proficiency in Advanced Excel and My SQL.
2) Fluent knowledge of basic statistics and probability.
3) Start-up Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, innovate, take initiative, think beyond conventional
methods,
4) Ability to work in a flat organization.
5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6) Proficient in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
7) Ability to work quickly and accurately on multiple projects.
