Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
JD for the BAs:
- Analyze and review the old cases and classify them based on the business rules
- Provide additional analysis on cases based on the provided business knowledge
- Connect the dot between cases and group similar cases together
- BA will need to be technically aware as they will need analyze cases across the myriad of MS products
- No customer facing requirement, no detailed technical investment needed at L200+ levels
- Primary product to start with is Dynamics
Skill sets:
- Must have – Excellent excel skills, basic SQL skills, Powerpoint, good communication skills (especially written)
- Good to have – Power BI Dashboarding, Azure Basics, Dynamics knowledge
Qualification, Technical skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years
- BA will need to be technically aware as they will need analyze cases across the myriad of MS products

- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory v2- SSIS Integration Runtime.
