Roles Responsibilities
- Will be a part of the Customer Service team of Logistics practice with responsibilities including development/ implementation of Customer Service module.
- Customer service module comprises of – CRM/ Portals/ Notifications on critical business communications to internal and external stake holders
Duties and Responsibilities will include Product development
- Implement new functionality
- Business and process analysis
- Requirement Mapping
- Solution mapping and design/ system Integration
- Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication.
