Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad

• 7+ years of experience as a Pega Business Architect
• Must have lead or participated in Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) using Pega App Studio
• Experience in using Pega Agile studio to document business requirements
• Must have led or participated in scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meeting, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Must have proven experience in translating business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Act as a liaison between the client and development team and provide any requirement clarifications
• Willing to travel for short and long term assignments
• Actively engage with business stakeholders and guide them in their digital transformation
• Should be Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) in version 7.x or higher
